A Film-Inspired Detroit Engagement Session | Detroit Engagement Photographer

On a cozy December afternoon - Morgan, Danny + myself all explored the city for their engagement session! We started by walking through Shinola alley, making our way to Canelle’s bakery, and ended at the Detroit Athletic Club. Although Detroit was decorated with Christmas lights this week, we wanted to do more of a “winter in the city” as opposed to a “Christmas in the city” feel. To achieve that - we looked for the glow of warm lights and the cool tones of black exteriors.

These two have such a softness to their love with such a personality in their style. I loved getting to know their hearts and documenting their love. I adore these two so much and I cannot wait to celebrate their wedding next year. <3
