I Received My Full Gallery - What Should I Do? | Michigan Portrait Photographer
In the age of all things digital - it’s so easy to save your favorite photos, post a few, and then forget to touch your gallery for years to come. The digital era is efficient but it’s important that your photos don’t just live on a screen.
One of my favorite things to do is to print photos for my home. I’ll usually do a print order after a trip, find some pretty frames and hang them around the house. If I have too many photos to choose from, I will make photo books to put on my coffee table that friends love to flip through when they visit! Below are some ways to enjoy your photos : )
Prints + Canvas:
I give my clients the freedom to print anywhere they would like, while also offering my own print lab. Some print labs have some really incredible deals + quality that I use myself. Other print labs offer great deals, but you compromise the colors of the original images.
Whenever somebody receives their gallery with me, they instantly have a print lab built in where they can order prints & canvases of any size, whenever they want to. I also run discounts in the print lab pretty frequently so that clients can use them as gifts for their friends, families, or each other during holiday seasons.
Albums:
These albums are probably my favorite product because they are not only stunning, but they are a collaboration with my couples. These albums are intended to be put in your home for friends & family to look through when they visit. I think this is a beautiful way to have a keepsake to pass down for generations - but also to share the highlights of your day with your loved ones.
How to Order:
I want the couples to have a say in their albums, without having to do much of the work at all. Once you receive your wedding gallery - I have you go into your online gallery and “favorite” 60-80 images. From there, I custom design all of the pages using those images.
Once the album pages are designed, you receive an email with the proof. At this point, you can let me know of any changes and then choose your cover. There are linen, leather or velvet covers. My absolute favorite part of the albums is the option to have velvet covers, I think it is the prettiest texture.
You can add album orders onto any wedding package before OR after your wedding. All you need to do is send me an email letting me know which collection you would like, and I can add it on. If you have already received your gallery, I can begin working on the album immediately!
Collection I | $700
This collection includes (1) 10x10 wedding album. The album consists of 14 spreads on e-surface, thick pages. I chose thick pages because they won’t fold or crease and are very easy to clean from fingerprints. The e-surface pages have a shine with rich color!
Collection II | $1400
This second collection is a bundle that includes (1) 10x10 wedding album and (2) 8x8 companion albums that are intended to be gifts for parents. These albums also consist of 14 spreads on e-surface, thick pages.
