My favorite types of engagement sessions are the ones where I get to document things that are personal and meaningful to each couple. When A + R inquired with me - they wanted to showcase the playfulness, enthusiastic dynamic of their relationship while also including their love for celebration + fashion. What better place than The Monarch Club - it is a beautiful, private cocktail bar that you can rent out for your session or wedding day! They dressed up, popped champagne, + celebrated their engagement overlooking Detroit’s skyline. A perfect afternoon for their love. <3
